It is often required to send large file to ShowCAD for troubleshooting. These files may be rejected by your email provider for being too large. In this case use the following procedure.
- Locate the file, right-click and select Send To/Compressed File
- Move this compressed (zip) file to the desktop
- Open http://www.sendthisfile.com in a browser
- Sign in as mick@showcad.com password = showcaddump
- To – mick@showcad.com
- Message – enter your contact email and content description
- Browse to your desktop and select the compressed file
- Click SendThis
