Sunlite no longer support the interfaces that we use to supply with Artist. However, it still can be used under certain circumstances.
It will only work under 32 bit Windows XP or later. You must install the drivers using Artist 2 and then you can run Artist 3 if required. 64 bit Windows will NOT work.
There are many issues with the red Sunlite interfaces and we do not recommend their use. We suggest you replace the interface with our isolated ShowCAD USB-DMX interface.
